Kya  ye jante ho tum,

Kya hota hai umar badhne ke sath!

Vo jo Bachpan ki jid thi,

Vo pakad lety hai samjhouton ka hath!!

             Kisi se itna na rutho,

             Ki baat ka wajan kam ho jae!

             Bas itna hi kafi hai ki,

             Dono ki ijjat bani reh jae!!

Ik Sapna tootne se,

Housla kam na hone dena!

Doosra sapna dekho,

Jindagy ko rukne na dena!!

           Mana kal tumhara tha,

           Vo bhi ik vakya tha! 

           Ane wala kal tumhara hoga,

           Lekin Houslon ka hath thamna hoga!!

Do you know,

What happens with aging!

That childhood stubbornness,

Grabs the hands of agreements!!

        Don’t get so much angry with anyone,

        That you lose your point!

        It is enough if,

        Both can maintain their respect!!

If one dream is shattered,

Don’t lose your confidence!

Fantasize another dream,

Don’t let life stop!!

        I agree yesterday was yours,

        That was a time!

        Tomorrow will be yours,

        If you hold the hands of the courage!!

    That is the main mantra.
    Why to be angry and what is the result if i become angry?

        I have experienced that in every level, anger is very harmful.
        So I have made my mind not to be angered.

      2. Arun Ji, we all know that anger is not good for anyone as it can cause stress and impact our mental health also in a way. But…how many people can control it? If you are able to control your anger it’s really a big achievement. Sochte to hum bhi hain ki gussa an aae lekin jab aana hota hai aa hi jata hai .😊😊 Prayanaam helps some people but when there is a situation, it’s very difficult to keep calm.
        Please share how you keep your calm in such situationsπŸ˜€πŸ˜Š

        Hoga hi hoga. Dhire dhire hoga.
        Gussa (anger) kaam hoga.
        Only pranayama will not do.
        For that you have to enter into deeper level of intellect.
        Think of panchakosha tattwa.
        Wisdom of five koshas.
        Annamaya kosha
        Pranamaya kosha
        Manomaya kosha
        Vijnanmaya kosha
        Anandamaya kosha :βœ“ Think of this kosha. With practice it will be possible.

      1. Great! I didn’t recognize the language on your post. I think I’ve had 2 student from Pakistan in the past. Closest I’ve come to having students from your region. I do have quite a few students who speak Arabic though [and related languages of that area].

      2. Haha, I write in whatsapp language which we generally use to write on msgs.😊 I am from India and from Delhi in India. It’s hindi which we write in English. Everyone can understand it here and for my global readers I write it in English also.Thank you so much for commenting and sharing your views here.😊😊
