Dular/ Love

Agar chot lagty hai,

Bachhe ko!

      Tadap jata hai dil,

      Maan ka!!

Hum khushiyon me,

Bhale hi bhula den!

         Musibat me hon to,

Yaad ata hai pyar maan ka!!

Kahan se dhoond laun main,

Kahan kho gâya dular maan ka!!!

If some injury happens,

To a child!

        Mother’s heart,

We can forget her,

 while happy!

          If in trouble,

          We remember mother’s love!!

From where I can get back,

Where I lost my mother’s love!!!

    1. I agree totally with you. God couldn’t be everywhere that’s why He gave us mothers. This is the only love that is unconditional in this materialistic world. Otherwise, everything has a price tag.🌸 🙏🏻

      1. Exactly! A mothers love is the truest, most ever lasting thing and nothing can ever be compared to that.
Love how you say that “everything has a price tag.” Unfortunately that’s how the world works and there’s few things we can rely on.

      2. Thank you Simone for liking my poem. You are right, there are just a few things without any price tag. Otherwise, we have to pay for breathing air also.😊 Husband and wife relationship is on an equal basis now. Earlier it was not like that. Making sacrifices for anyone is a thing of the past. So life is very practical now. That’s why we should appreciate our mother’s love, which is the truest and free.😊🙏🏻

      3. Very true! Love your poignant thoughts 😊 Things are definitely better than they were in the past, yet it is hard to know to differentiate between truth and lies.

      4. Yes Simone, sometimes we feel that things in the past were better and sometimes we feel the opposite. Anyways …everything has its importance, so we have to adjust with changing times. 🌹😊
