Vo kahin padh na len,

Dil ka haal ankhon me!

      Islie palkon ne,

        jhukna seekh lia!!

Kabhi unhone,

Ise haya samjha!

        Aur kabhi

        Inkaar samajh lia!!

Not to let them know,

My heart’s condition from my eyes!

         My eyes learned,

         To bow down!!

Sometimes they thought,

It was shyness!

        Sometimes they thought,

        It was my refusal for them!!
