You are my oxygen, my love divine,
A breath of fresh air, in this heart of mine.
Your presence fills me with joy and bliss,
A feeling of completeness, I cannot miss.
With every beat of my heart, I feel your love,
An embrace that fits like a hand in a glove.
Your touch releases oxytocin within,
A hormone that fills my soul to the brim.
In your arms, I feel secure and safe,
An unbreakable bond, no matter the race.
Our connection grows stronger with every passing day,
An unyielding love that forever shall stay.
You are my oxygen, my life-giving force,
A love so pure, it’s impossible to divorce.
My heart beats for you, and yours for me,
An eternal bond, for all, to see.
So let us hold each other, and never let go,
Our love like oxygen will continue to flow.
With oxytocin in our veins, and love in our hearts,
Together we will conquer, till death do us part.
Wow, such a nice flow. Powerful words

Anita ji Namaskar.
A new kind of post from you. Wonderful. How to appreciate, I do not know. You have pinpointed the root of love, emotion etc where it is generated in Brain and Heart too.
Oxytocin is often referred to as the “love hormone” or the “cuddle hormone” because of its role in promoting feelings of love, bonding, and social connection. It is produced in the hypothalamus, a small area of the brain that plays a critical role in regulating a wide range of bodily functions, including hunger, thirst, and body temperature.
When I studied neuroscience, for my short-term online course, I came across this name of hormone.
Infact, when we engage in activities that promote social bonding, such as hugging, kissing, or cuddling, the release of oxytocin in our brains helps to reinforce these connections and promote feelings of trust, empathy, and affection. Oxytocin has also been shown to play a role in other social behaviours, such as maternal bonding, sexual arousal, and even social recognition.
Oxytocin is certainly involved in promoting feelings of love and social connection, it is just one of many complex factors that contribute to our emotional lives and relationships with others.
GREAT POST.
Please write more on such positive emotions and social bonding posts.
Very happy to see this. The image has been selected perfectly.
Best regards.
Namaste.

Namaste Arun Ji. Thank you for your detailed reply. Whatever you said is perfectly alright.
At first, I learned about the oxytocin hormone when my granddaughter said,” I feel my oxytocin is releasing very fast when you cuddle me and love me.” It’s funny but it’s true. Then we asked her where she learned this word. She told me that her teacher was discussing hormones and she used it when I was hugging her. π
So that was the origin of this poem.
Thank you for such nice comments and I am grateful for your everlasting support. ππΉ

Thank you so much Anita ji for your beautiful words. Spreading message of love is an art. I studied one book ” I AM THE MIND” By DEEP TRIVEDI. It was an awesome read. There I learnt what is meant by LOVE in real sense.
Waiting for next post of this kind.
